Is he really that disfigured?

Or has this photo' (from this afternoon's London Lite) been doctored or something?

(apologies to Victor Hugo, but that photo does make him look as though he should be swinging from a bell rope in a nice quiet cathedral somewhere. If only...)

If you had travelled several thousand miles in an aging Herc with just over half an engine and a broken ashtray, you too would look like that on arrival.

Ingram, good point, what sort of a stupid sign is that? Why didn't they just write "Do not use underwater"? But if it crashed into the sea, which exit should they use? The door probably.

HS, what? It would make my head swell to twice its normal size and my legs shrink to half their normal size?
